If you pay attention and look closely, that is a DOT. Not a COMMA. Which means that they are getting paid 7/10 of a penny more. Asians are the most with $0.012 more. Either it's a big nothing burger OR someone needs to go back and learn how to properly format a presentation.

Hulu faces MORE backlash after spiking ad from Texas Church by labeling it as 'religious indoctrination' without justification: The popular streaming service is facing fury for its 'arbitrary' policies on religion, abortion, guns and other issues

  • The church was told by Hulu that it could not run a video to advertise the start of a new Thursday night service because it qualifies as 'religious indoctrination'
  • Jeremy Dys, senior counsel at First Liberty Institute who is representing the Church as it fights back, told DailyMail.com that Hulu's response is 'troubling'
  • The rejection by the Disney-owned company comes as the Supreme Court is hearing arguments Monday on Big Tech transparency

Popular streaming service Hulu is facing backlash over its local ad placement policies after it prevented a Texas Church from running an advertisement on its platform.

Hulen Street Church in Fort Worth, Texas, was told by Disney-owned Hulu that it could not run a 22-second video to advertise the start of a new Thursday night service because it qualifies as 'religious indoctrination.'

It is the most recent controversy that Hulu has been involved in, as the platform is facing fury over its policies that have restricted ads on abortion and guns while allowing anti-terrorist group Hamas content.

And it comes as the Supreme Court is hearing arguments Monday on Big Tech transparency after allegations social media platforms are censoring conservative content.

Attorneys for the Church tell DailyMail.com that Hulu's clear discrimination against religious conservatives trying to raise awareness about their Church services in the local area is 'over the top' and must be retracted.

Big Ugly Shift – Koch Network Drops Haley Support, Retreats to Senate Decepticon Alamo

February 26, 2024 | Sundance | 573 Comments

MAGA is the Republican Party now, and the corporate Republican world has been dragged to the inflection point. The corporatists still have control over many of the internal mechanisms of the professional Republican Party, but that control is slipping as more and more MAGA-minded people move into local, state and national political networks.

In the announcement that Charles Koch and AFP are withdrawing financial support for Nikki Haley, they are admitting the institutional Republican apparatus is now dropping back to control their Senate and Congressional power systems. In essence, if they cannot control the presidency, they will control all of the systems that stem from the office of the presidency and thereby block Trump from delivering on the America First agenda.

This is what President Trump first encountered in 2017 when the professional republican system recoiled at the change that Trump represented. The largest amount of aversion to the America First agenda comes from the Republican wing inside the Senate; this is the core of the Decepticon construct.

With Donald J. Trump shifting to become the “presumptive nominee,” an outcome of his support by the base voter, Charles Koch, AFP and to a larger extent all of the various professional Republican elements (corporate republicanism) are now creating their last line of defense. All of the institutions are again aligned to try and stop President Trump from fracturing the political control system within the USA political apparatus.

Trump is the weapon to destroy the long-created Republican ‘illusion of choice’. This is why people see masks dropping as the opposition to Trump becomes so transparent. Politicians and people within the political system, long thought to be Republicans who represented the alternative to leftism, are increasingly exposed as mere illusions of pushback. These revelations will continue as MAGA pushes deeper into the Republican political network.

The old Republican Party is consistently fighting a losing battle, losing power to the voters – the MAGA base and larger Trump coalition. The old guard has money, lots of money, and they are using it to fortify their defensive positions of power.

Nikki Haley has been rewarded for her efforts, but the Decepticons must retreat now to financially support Mitch McConnell, John Thune and the masters at the center of the illusion of choice. The institutions that will oppose Donald Trump must be fortified by the professional Republicans against the increased likelihood Trump will win the election.

Keep in mind, Koch Inc. alone had vowed last year to spend $70 million against President Trump and the Republican base voter. Politico is estimating they spent around $50 million so far.

Religious Liberty Advocates Warn Tennessee Lawmakers About Dangers Of Politically Motivated ‘De-Banking’

One group, the National Committee for Religious Freedom, had only had a bank account open with JPMorgan Chase for several weeks before the organization’s head and former Kansas Governor Sam Brownback attempted to make a deposit only to be told the account no longer existed. The group, which was created to promote religious liberty in the United States, was informed that they had not returned paperwork before a 60 day deadline even though the account was terminated after around three weeks, according to senior advisor Matt Goddard.

Goddard said that they attempted multiple times to understand why their account had been discontinued only to be given multiple confusing explanations. They soon became suspicious that they had been victims of de-banking, a term used to describe people losing access to financial services for ideological reasons.

The National Committee for Religious Freedom was one of the groups warning about de-banking during testimony on Tuesday in support of a proposed Tennessee bill that would prevent banks from discriminating against people based on their political or religious views. The group testified in front of the Tennessee House of Representatives’ Subcommittee on Banking and Consumer Affairs at the Cordell Hull Building in Nashville.

Doritos is slammed for hiring Samantha Hudson, transgender ambassador who previously tweeted about doing 'thuggish things' to a 12-year-old

  • Samantha Hudson, 24, is a singer and activist in her native Spain with over 30,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel
  • Doritos Spain, which is run by PepsiCo Spain, announced a partnership with Hudson as a brand ambassador
  • The trans influencer has been condemned for past tweets that some say celebrate sexual abuse of children

Hudson, 24, has identified herself as 'anti-capitalist' and 'Marxist' in interviews, released a song critical of the Catholic Church and even said in one video that she is for 'the abolition of [and to] destroy and annihilate the traditional monogamous nuclear family.'

As a teen, she has also tweeted about wanting to do 'thuggish things' to a minor.

The partnership between Hudson and Doritos was quickly blasted online and many made reference to Bud Light's disastrous partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney - which saw Budweiser lose $1.4 billion in sales as a result.

The Daily Caller posted a screenshot of a tweet she allegedly made in 2015, when Hudson was 15, writing in Spanish about the seeming assault of a minor.

Another alleged post translates to: 'In the middle of the street in Mallorca in panties and screaming that I’m a nymphomaniac in front of a super beautiful 8-year-old girl.'

According to Newsweek, she has also been accused of mocking sexual assault victims, though Hudson herself has claimed she was sexually abused as a teenager in a 2023 interview.

More from Rolling Stone:

Ricky Ramirez usually begins posts on The Mothership’s Instagram account with a lighthearted insult towards his patrons. “Sup bozos,” “sup idiots,” “sup dorkus malorkus,” and “hello freaks,” are all frequent openers to photo captions announcing service updates, schedule disruptions, and special events. Combining craft cocktails, a dive bar feel, and a marquee sign with rotating quips such as “TODAY ONLY DRUGS IN BATHROOM OK” and “WE WILL REFUSE SERVICE IF YOU DIDN’T WASH YOUR ASS,” the Mothership sounds like a good time.
Ramirez tells Rolling Stone that the Mothership, which he often refers to as “the mommy” in his posts, “has a chosen voice.” That voice made waves on social media Wednesday when he announced that he would be closing down the bar in mid-July when the Republican National Committee (RNC) is scheduled to hold its 2024 convention in the heart of Milwaukee.

By the way, economists predict the RNC will bring $200 million to the local economy. Wonder how the bar's employees feel about losing out on all those tips.

Multimillion dollar fund manager ditches Tyson Foods, saying meat giant sacking US workers to hire 42,000 asylum seekers is the 'woke liberal takeover of America'

A conservative fund manager has pulled investments from Tyson Foods, saying the meat and poultry giant has alienated its consumers by laying off Americans workers and hiring 42,000 asylum seekers.

Bill Flaig, CEO and co-founder of the $79 million American Conservative Values Fund (ACVF), told DailyMail.com that he has divested from Tyson and won't buy any more stock in the company.

Angry consumers are boycotting Tyson over revelations that the company is shuttering plants and laying off workers while hiring tens of thousands of asylum seekers — and even hiring lawyers for its new recruits.

This decision 'exposes their shareholders to backlash from one of the most contentious political issues of the day,' said Flaig.

Companies Are Starting To Monitor Remote Workers With Cameras And Employees Are Disturbed

However, some remote employees are having that flexibility and freedom taken away, despite still working from home. One Reddit user posted on the “WFH” forum, sharing that their boss was going to be implementing a “monitoring” process — shipping out cameras to be set up in their home offices.

“I work for a small company,” the Reddit poster wrote. “They got bought out and now we’re all gonna have cameras in our home offices. I’m kinda creeped out and feel that’s kinda far. Is this normal?”

More than a third of companies keep “camera feeds” on their remote employees, monitoring their work schedule and the time spent at their computers. However, this often gives a misguided picture of employees' real work, especially if cameras are being introduced despite already appropriate productivity and work completion.

Chase allowing advertisers to target customers based on purchases

Chase announced Wednesday it has launched a new media business that allows advertisers to target the bank's 80 million U.S. customers based on their purchases.

The platform, Chase Media Solutions, allows brands to "connect with consumers’ personal passions and interests," while "customers benefit from personalized offers and the ability to earn cash back with brands they love or are discovering for the first time," the bank said in a press release.

According to The Wall Street Journal, which first reported the news, Chase will only charge merchants for the service whenever a customer makes a purchase through a deal on the platform.

Death by DEI: Christopher Rufo Talks to Boeing Insider and Whoa, Nelly ... It Is BAD

The failure of DEI has been well documented here at Twitchy. From the plagiarism scandals (yes, plural) at Harvard and other universities to illegal hiring practices at major organizations to, of course, the waste and corruption due to DEI in the United States government, the movement really should be called 'DIE,' not DEI.

Of course, one giant corporation that has fully embraced DEI has been Boeing, and they have had themselves ... quite a year so far, haven't they?

Because of all of the Boeing mishaps that have taken place recently, DEI demolisher extraordinaire Christopher Rufo -- fresh off his latest conquest of Mark Cuban -- has been speaking with an insider at Boeing to try to figure out how things have gone so wrong for a company that used to be the pinnacle of air travel, in the US and around the world.

Yesterday, he published his interview, and here's a hint: it's worse than we even knew.

Congress Calls In Head Of Advertiser Coalition For Interview On Coordinated Targeting Of Conservative Outlets

“To advance our oversight and inform potential legislation related to this coordination, the Committee must understand how and to what extent WFA and GARM may facilitate collusion,” the letter continued. “As Initiative Lead and Co-founder of GARM, you possess unique and specialized information that will advance the Committee’s oversight and inform legislative reforms. Accordingly, we request that you appear for a transcribed interview with the Committee.”

Jordan adds in the letter the committee’s belief that GARM “may be acting inconsistent with U.S. antitrust laws and congressional intent by coordinating GARM members’ efforts to demonetize and eliminate disfavored content online.”

The missive is the latest piece of evidence that Republicans are turning to anti-trust protections — a monopoly-busting tool once heralded by the political Left — to target corporations who, even while nominally competitors, band together to push a political agenda.

GARM has sought to set standards that block major corporations from advertising on media outlets that various partisan ratings firms claim promote “misinformation.” Such ratings firms have rated mainstream, center-right publications like Reason Magazine and the New York Post as untrustworthy, while dutifully enforcing government lines such as claiming the coronavirus lab leak theory is a conspiracy theory–even though the government now says it’s likely true.
