Columbia begins suspending students who refuse to leave encampment

Columbia University is suspending Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) as official student groups through the end of the fall term. This decision was made after the two groups repeatedly violated University policies related to holding campus events, culminating in an unauthorized event Thursday afternoon that proceeded despite warnings and included threatening rhetoric and intimidation.

Suspension means the two groups will not be eligible to hold events on campus or receive University funding. Lifting the suspension will be contingent on the two groups demonstrating a commitment to compliance with University policies and engaging in consultations at a group leadership level with University officials."

Yeah I won't hold my breath. Unless they're willing to at least insist they shut the hell up during the middle of the night, they haven't the guts to do a damned thing.

Suspensions won't stop anything because too many of them there don't go to school there anyway.
Deportation would cut the numbers back

Question are they facing East praying 5 times a day?

Many probably do - being Muslim doesn't mean they aren't students.
But many are NOT students and being suspended would be pointless.

What is funny about this is that this is exactly what Gaza wanted. Humanitarian aid.
They used the humanitarian aid to dig tunnels and get armed, the protesters want the humanitarian aid to allow them to disrupt classes and keep Jews from the campus.

Yep pretty much the same feed the mice and they never leave.

The best part was when she said that the students that paid for meal plans are entitled to it. 😂
